CME will be offered for attending this event.
Please choose ONE workshop for Session 1 and ONE workshop for Session 2. Each session will be capped at 30 attendees. Registration does not guarantee participation. You will receive an email confirming your breakout sessions by March 29, 2024.
*There is a $75 cancellation fee for any cancelled registrations.
*Pre-registration closes on Friday, April 19, 2024 at 11:59 pm ET. Onsite registration will incur a higher fee.
